Curry leaves (Murraya koenigii)

Curry leaves (Murraya koenigii) are the leaves of the approx. 4-6m tall curry tree which today mainly grows in India and Africa. They are well known from Indian cuisine as a very aromatic spice and as a remedy. The spice mix itself should not be confused with the real curry leaves. They are a good source of antioxidants and provide plant-based, high-quality iron which is easily absorbed by the body
